What to include
- For a bug: the tool name, your browser and version, the approximate file size and what you expected. Please do not attach confidential documents; a description or a harmless sample file is enough.
- For a feature idea: a short description of the task you are trying to complete.
- For privacy questions: see our Privacy Policy.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover or look at files you processed, because they never reach our servers. We also cannot unlock PDFs or spreadsheets for you.
